Can I do MTS at home?

I've noticed there are a lot of DIY MTS kits these days. I enjoy browsing on Wadiz, so I came across a stem cell MTS kit and am thinking about buying it. However, since MTS involves skin irritation by creating tiny holes with micro-needles, I'm worried about whether it's okay to perform the procedure myself at home.

People with thick, resilient skin seem to try all sorts of products with ease, but since my skin is thin and sensitive, I can't be careless about even the smallest things like this. However, I have heard that this stem cell MTS is good for sensitive skin, so I'm conflicted.

For those of you who have tried MTS at home, did you see any results? I'm also curious if you experienced any side effects!
