[Info Sharing] Are there any cost-effective dermatology procedures that are good for men?

Hello. I am a man who didn't usually pay much attention to my skin, but now that I've entered my thirties, my pores and blemishes have become very noticeable, so I'm looking to start taking care of it. Although the barrier to visiting a dermatologist has lowered, now that I'm actually about to go, I have no idea where to start. Rather than going for overly heavy procedures, I would like to just brighten my skin tone and refine my pores for now.

Could you recommend a cost-effective treatment that is easy for men to start with, has moderate pain, and provides noticeable results? Would toning or Aqua Peel be sufficient? Or would something like PicoSure, which is popular these days, be better? I am also curious if it is okay to wash my face or exercise immediately after the procedure. If there are any men who have personally received these treatments or those who are knowledgeable about this, please share some tips!
