I'm asking because I'm curious about the exfoliation cycle at a dermatology clinic.

Lately, as the weather has gotten drier, I've noticed a significant amount of dead skin flaking. I worry about irritation when trying to manage exfoliation with home care, but if I skip it, I keep worrying about my skin texture.

I know that I can get exfoliation at a dermatology clinic, but I'm not really sure how often I should get it done. I'm also wondering if once a month is the general rule, or if the frequency should be adjusted flexibly depending on my skin condition.

I’ve heard about low-irritation peeling treatments like Lara Peel, and since my skin tends to be sensitive, I’d like to ask if it’s safe to receive even on sensitive skin. If anyone has had this treatment with similar concerns, it would be really helpful to hear how you manage your skin afterward.
