Can neck wrinkles caused by the habit of using a high pillow be resolved with a procedure?
Since I used a high pillow from a young age, wrinkles naturally formed on my neck. I didn't mind it much when I was younger, but as I get older and my skin elasticity decreases, the wrinkles have deepened and become more noticeable, causing me significant stress. While home care for moisturizing and elasticity helps to some extent, I have heard many times that procedures are necessary for wrinkles that have already settled.
Procedures known to help improve neck wrinkles Botox , filler , Laser lifting (Thermage, Ulthera, etc.) , and Collagen promotion procedure I found out there are other options as well. I heard that Botox is effective for shallow wrinkles by relaxing muscle tension, while fillers fill in sunken areas. I was also told that laser lifting promotes skin elasticity and collagen regeneration, allowing for long-term improvement.
For those of you who have worried about neck wrinkles, I am curious to know what treatments you have actually received, how long the results lasted, and your level of satisfaction. I have heard that combining these with lifestyle changes (using a low pillow, moisturizing) helps the effects last longer, so I would really appreciate it if you could share your experiences or recommend any procedures!
