Have you seen any results from home care while going to the dermatologist?

I've been going to the dermatologist regularly lately, but I don't feel like my skin is improving as much as I expected, so I'm wondering if I should pay attention to home care as well. My skin feels fine for a few days after laser treatments or other procedures, but it quickly gets dry again and feels like the texture is returning to its original state, so it seems like daily care is really important.

My skin barrier is particularly weak, so it often turns red and breaks out with even the slightest irritation. Because of this, I can't easily switch products for fear that applying various things might make my skin even more sensitive. I currently only use a regenerating cream or a moisturizing cream, but it feels like that alone isn't enough.

Are there any home care routines or products that worked well when used in conjunction with dermatological treatments? I'm curious if things like face masks, LED masks, and ampoules are actually helpful. Please recommend any skincare routines you've tried and found effective.
