My skin broke out after working at the university festival pub. What is a good skincare routine for beginners?

It's May and college festival season, so everyone must be super busy these days, right? I was assigned to be a staff member at my department's pub this time, so I really gave it my all for three days straight, serving and making snacks until late at night.

There were a few days when I applied my base makeup much thicker than usual to get into the festive mood, and after working while sweating and smelling of oil, I returned to my apartment and just passed out without even being able to properly cleanse my face.

As a result, bumpy, tiny pimples have completely exploded from my forehead to both cheeks, and my skin has broken out worse than ever before.

I was planning to go on a date with my boyfriend this weekend to eat something delicious to celebrate the festival ending safely, but I'm so depressed because I don't think foundation will be able to cover up these bumps at all.

I've been trying to use cooling packs at home every day as a quick fix, but now that it has fluctuated this wildly, home care alone definitely isn't enough to bring it under control.

Actually, I am extremely sensitive to pain, but this time I felt like I really needed a professional's touch, so I decided to visit Maypure for the first time, a place that many students go to without hesitation.

What is the most popular introductory treatment for sensitive skin like mine, which is prone to breakouts?

I've looked it up and heard that aqua peels or soothing treatments after basic extractions are painless and reasonably priced. I'm wondering if just one session is enough to soothe the skin so that my foundation doesn't cake. I would really appreciate honest recommendations and tips from those who have experienced this!
