Do you think Job's tears are effective for flat warts?

The creepy bumps on my butterfly zone and forehead, which I thought were just millet seeds, turned out to be flat warts.

The problem is that my face kept itching, so I kept scratching it, and it kept getting worse.

A year ago, I had laser removal done at a factory-style clinic in the area that charged a fixed price per face, but it has grown back in many places.

My face has been itching again lately, and considering that even if I remove them, it's only a temporary fix and they'll just come back, I'm wondering if laser treatment is worth it.
