Which is better for extraction treatment, a local aesthetic clinic or a dermatology clinic?

My adult acne keeps spreading along the border between my chin and neck, and it is becoming impossible to manage at home. Since the sebum is deeply embedded, I feel I need professional hands to cleanly extract it and consistently receive soothing face masks. I can't decide whether it would be better to sign up for a membership at a local, appointment-only salon run by a single director, or to sign up for a package at a clinic affiliated with a dermatology office, even if it is a factory-style operation. The salon is nice because they are meticulous and even provide décolleté massages, but I'm worried they might not be able to properly extract the blemishes. On the other hand, while clinics are hygienic and their extractions are amazing, I have a prejudice that they might be too mechanical and just slap on a mask haphazardly, so I'm really conflicted. I would appreciate your advice on which option you generally prefer when managing acne, along with your reasons.
