I want to manage my neck wrinkles. Is there anything other than Botox?

I don't think it looks good to have neck wrinkles that look really deep.

I wanted to make it a bit lighter, even if not completely clean.

I heard that some people get Botox, but it didn't seem to be that effective.

There are also many people saying that there is nothing that can be done about the neck.

What do people commonly do to improve neck wrinkles?
