Please recommend a shampoo to prevent hair loss! I'm really worried.

Lately, it feels like I'm losing more hair than before every time I wash it, so I'm honestly worried lol.

At some point, I started feeling like the top of my head was looking a bit thin, so I decided to start taking care of it in advance. Right now, I'm just using regular shampoo from the supermarket, but

I'm curious if switching to a shampoo specifically for hair loss, like Dr. For Hair or Ryeo, would actually be effective.

If you happen to know of any good products that lather well and have good cleaning power, please recommend them.

For reference, I have an oily scalp, so I think a shampoo that controls oil well would be better!

I'm still a bit hesitant about taking oral medication, so I'm planning to start by changing my shampoo.
