I am considering a hair loss treatment that involves injecting medication directly into the scalp, as I have heard it is very effective, rather than just simple care like shampooing or scalp scaling. Lately, I have been wanting to receive medical help rather than just basic treatments. However, after reading articles about the procedure, I am worried because there is a risk of scalp injury from needles or mechanical irritation, or even side effects where hair follicles are damaged, causing hair to fall out even more than before.
I would like to know if the medication is prescribed to safely penetrate only the hair root layer without damaging the scalp tissue or existing hair during this hair loss treatment. I would also like to know if there is any risk of the scalp becoming red and oozing immediately after the procedure, which would interfere with daily activities or wearing a hat.
What ingredients are typically injected in the early stages, like mine, when the parting line has widened? Also, I would like to know the average treatment duration and how many sessions are required to visibly see hair thickening or new growth.
