Are there no major side effects from under-eye procedures?

My under-eyes tend to look particularly dark and haggard.

I used to hear people ask me almost every day why my dark circles were so bad, but lately, I’ve even gotten wrinkles under my eyes, so I feel like I look older and my face looks tired.
