Cost of laser treatment for removing skin tags and age spots around the neck and scar management

At some point, dozens of skin tags—small, flesh-colored bumps that can be felt by hand—began to appear on the nape of my neck and around my collarbone. Initially, I thought they would disappear on their own, but as time went on, they gradually grew larger and turned darker, resembling age spots. This makes my neck look very messy and aged, so I am reluctant to wear clothes with low necklines. I would like to know if Maypure offers a procedure to cleanly burn away these skin tags and blemishes around my neck using a CO2 or erbium laser without leaving scars. Since there are so many of them, the cost is a bit of a burden; I would like to know if there is a pricing calculation for a package that removes them all at once. Additionally, please let me know if it is safe to let water touch the wound after the procedure, and how many days I should apply a regenerative tape to ensure it heals without scarring.
