For those of you who have received hair loss treatments, how satisfied are you really? Is it worth the money?

My crown and parting line started thinning little by little in my mid-20s, and now my scalp is clearly visible when I stand in the light, which is causing me a lot of stress. Lately, they have been recommending hair loss treatment packages bundled together, ranging from tens of thousands to millions of won. They speak with such conviction that supplying nutrients to the hair roots with injections and injecting growth factors will make the hair thicker and fill in the density, but honestly, since the cost is quite steep, I am hesitant to just pay for it right away.

If I look up reviews, I see genuinely satisfied ones saying their lives were saved because baby hairs grew in and hair loss decreased, but on the other hand, there are quite a few dissatisfied reviews saying the effect was only temporary and they just wasted their money, so I'm feeling really discouraged...

Honestly, I am curious if anyone has seen noticeable changes solely through hair loss treatments, without using oral medication or topical minoxidil. Or, aside from hair transplants, are these minor treatments like injections or lasers just temporary marketing gimmicks? I am genuinely curious about the satisfaction levels.
