I'm so sad that my crown is thinning. Has anyone seen results from hair loss treatments?

My scalp at the crown of my head is so exposed and white that I feel like I’m going to develop social anxiety. I’m self-conscious all day that the wind might reveal the crown of my head, and seeing the hair pile up in the drain when I wash it just makes me want to cry.

I tried to manage with home care somehow by changing my hair loss shampoo and taking supplements, but there has been absolutely no progress. Everyone who looks at my hair tells me that I need to actively start hair loss treatments combining injections and lasers before it deteriorates further.

But the price is much higher than I expected, so I'm just debating whether I should take out a loan to get it done.... If investing this money just makes my hair a little thicker and allows me to live a normal daily life like before, it wouldn't be a waste at all. However, my biggest fear is that the hair loss treatment I spent such a large sum of money on, enduring all the pain for no reason, might not have any effect.

I get scared every time I see reviews saying the effects are minimal. Is there anyone out there who, like me, had severe split ends on the crown and witnessed a miracle—like their hair getting thicker or filling in their bald spots—after consistently receiving hair loss treatments at a clinic? Even the smallest change would be appreciated, so I am desperately waiting for just a word of real-life experience or a hopeful story. Please help me.
