What is the best treatment for acne scars on the philtrum?

I am under a lot of stress because acne keeps popping up alternately on my philtrum.

Perhaps because the skin on my philtrum is thin and sensitive, even the slightest touch of acne hurts so much that it brings me to tears. On top of that, since it is in a highly visible central area, I find myself constantly self-conscious whenever I look in the mirror. Once they appear, they don't go away easily, and I can't even bring myself to touch them for fear that forcibly squeezing them will leave red scars. Could it be irritation from shaving or washing my face, or is there another underlying health issue?

Please let me know if there are any care methods or ointments you would recommend to quickly soothe philtrum acne without irritation. I want to get rid of this recurring skin trouble.
