I'm worried that the crown of my head might turn completely bald.
Lately, I am surprised by the amount of hair falling on the floor every time I wash and dry my hair in the morning and evening.
At some point, I noticed my parting line getting strangely wider, and now, after washing my hair, I can actually see pitch-black clumps of hair stuck in the drain. Even when drying it with a hairdryer, hair falls out in clumps from the crown of my head just by shaking it lightly, so I'm starting to worry that I might actually go completely bald at this rate.
I switched to a highly-rated hair loss shampoo and started taking supplements, but it seems like the hair loss cycle that has already begun isn't easily stopped with just home care. Every time I look in the mirror, I can feel the white area showing under the lighting along my parting getting wider in real time, so my entire focus is on my head all day long, and it’s driving me crazy.
I want to catch it early, so I desperately need just one piece of advice.
