I am wondering if it is a wart or a skin tag and I am considering removing it.

Hello, I am asking the senior members of this community because I simply cannot figure this out on my own. Some time ago, very small, bumpy things started appearing under my eyes, on my temples, and on my cheeks. At first, I thought they were just milia or skin tags, so I left them alone, but recently, the number has increased significantly and it feels like they are spreading sideways. They do not itch or hurt, but they feel rough and scratchy when I touch them with my fingertips, so it bothers me every time I look in the mirror. I looked it up and found that it could be flat warts; if I just leave them untreated, will they spread to my entire face? If they are flat warts, I am curious if everyone gets them all removed in one go using a CO2 or erbium laser. There are quite a lot of them, so I am worried about the cost, and I am also concerned about going about my daily life with a Duoderm bandage on after the procedure. If anyone has had flat warts removed at Maypure, please let me know if you have any reviews.
