I'm worried about hair loss. What do you think of the Pantodil treatment?

I am considering getting the Pantodil treatment and am seeking advice from those who have already tried it!

I am seriously considering Pantodil treatment due to worsening hair loss and decreased scalp elasticity recently.
I am writing this post to get realistic advice from those who have already undergone the procedure or from experts before visiting the hospital.
Typically, after about how many treatments do visible changes appear, such as reduced hair loss or thicker hair? I would also like to know if the hair quickly returns to its original state if treatment is stopped, and what the average duration of the results is.
Since the procedure is performed directly on the scalp, I expect it to be very painful. Is it bearable if I apply anesthetic cream?
Also, my scalp is somewhat sensitive and I occasionally experience symptoms of seborrheic dermatitis. I am wondering if this procedure is safe and trouble-free even for such a sensitive scalp. Have you experienced any side effects, such as bruising or itching?
I'm very worried because it's my first time using Pantodil.
