Is diet injection a treatment that even beginners can receive without feeling burdened?

I've resolved to go on a diet several times already, but I always give up after three days, so this time I want to do it properly haha.
So I've signed up for a workout and am gradually changing my diet, but people around me recommended that I combine it with weight loss injections.
However, since I have almost never received dermatological care or treatments like this, I am a little hesitant to start diet injections for the first time.
Were those who received it for the first time also very nervous? I am also curious if the procedure itself finishes quickly and how much pain it caused.
I also want to know if my appetite decreases immediately after getting the diet injections, or if I need to receive them a few times to feel a change in my body.
There are both good and worrying reviews online, so it's making me hesitate even more haha.
My goal is to lose weight steadily and healthily rather than just losing a lot of weight, so I am wondering if this method is suitable for someone like me who is just starting out.
I would like to make my decision after hearing from those who have actually tried diet injections for the first time. Please let me know if there were any aspects you were satisfied with or if anything differed from your expectations. Thank you!

- 01CommentsIt's easy to neglect moisturizing the shins, and it's surprisingly difficult when they're itchy as well.210026.11.04
- 02CommentsI sympathize with you saying that when your arms are rough, you want to rub them, but you want to know their condition first haha.170026.11.04
- 03CommentsIt seems like going to work with the tape on might be more of a concern than the day of the mole removal, haha.210026.11.04
- 01CommentsIf it stings even after applying moisturizing cream, it might indicate that your skin barrier is weakened rather than just being dry. If it were me, instead of getting a skin booster right away, I would consider reducing the use of irritating products for a while, stabilize your skin condition with soothing care, and then think about the procedure.370026.10.30
- 02CommentsIt must be inconvenient if your lips dry out again even after applying lip balm. Would it be helpful to review your moisturizing method if you could list the lip products you are currently using and when the stinging occurs?400026.10.30
- 03CommentsIf it is difficult to go out without lip balm, it must be really miserable every change of season. I sympathize with your curiosity about whether it is simply dryness or if there is another cause.290026.10.31
