Do diet injections really make you feel a definite reduction in appetite? I'm curious haha.

I recently started dieting again, but I find it much harder than before. I'm exercising consistently and trying to eat as light a dinner as possible, but strangely, I keep thinking about late-night snacks.

So, while looking into various things, I became interested in diet injections. When reading reviews, quite a few people mentioned that their appetite decreased significantly after getting the injections, so I am curious if the effects are actually noticeable in real life.

I am not the type to binge eat, but I have a habit of snacking frequently, so I thought that if I could just cut back on that a little, dieting would be much easier.

For those of you who have tried diet injections, did you feel like your hunger itself decreased? Or did you just feel full for a long time even when eating less? I am curious.

I also want to know if you noticed any changes right from the first time, or if you felt your body changing after a few sessions.

I've heard that some people actually found it difficult because they lost their appetite so much. I'm wondering if that is a common occurrence.

I would appreciate honest reviews from those who have actually experienced it. I’d like to hear both what you were satisfied with and what you found lacking before making a decision!

저도 다이어트할 때 운동이나 식단보다 계속 생각나는 간식과 야식 참는 게 제일 힘들어서 공감돼요ㅠㅠ. 식욕 조절 때문에 다이어트 주사 고민하시는 분들 많더라고요.
