Maunzaro works well, right? Should we switch?

I've been looking into obesity treatments lately, and after Wigobi, I've been hearing a lot about Maunzaro. Looking at the clinical results, I'm really getting interested because the weight loss effect is said to be incomparably better than existing drugs.

It looks convenient since you only need to inject it once a week, but perhaps because it contains dual ingredients, there are many reviews saying that digestive side effects like nausea and vomiting are quite severe. No matter how effective Maunzaro is, I am a little worried about whether I can endure the upset stomach side effects in the beginning.

Furthermore, even though it received approval from the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety quite a while ago, my biggest concern is that once it is actually released, the monthly cost will likely be exorbitant since it is not covered by insurance. If the price is set too high, I think it will be quite a burden to maintain it in the long run, no matter how good the performance of the Mountza is.
