I was recommended Livihill; how effective is it and how long does it last?

Recently, while discussing my skin concerns, an acquaintance recommended that I look into Libby Heal. However, since it is a procedure I have never heard of before, I am not sure what makes it good. Even after searching online, most of the results are descriptions from clinics, so I am asking this question because I am more curious about actual personal experiences.

For those who have received Libby Heal, why did you choose this treatment? I am also curious if there was a specific reason you selected Libby Heal after comparing it with other treatments. I feel like my skin isn't what it used to be, but I'm not sure if this treatment is right for my concerns.
