I'm wondering if hair loss treatments help with hair loss caused by stress.
Since last year, I have been very busy with work, so I haven't been able to sleep properly and have been under a lot of stress. Around that time, I felt like I was losing an unusually large amount of hair, but it hasn't improved much even as time passes.
At first, I thought it was a temporary phenomenon, but since it has remained in a similar state for several months, I am now looking into hair loss treatments.
Has anyone received hair loss treatment because they suspect their hair loss started due to stress? I am really curious if the satisfaction level is generally good even in cases like this.
I would like to know if they explain the causes of hair loss in detail during a consultation, and if the management methods differ between stress-related hair loss and other types of hair loss.
I am also curious if you changed your lifestyle habits along with receiving hair loss treatments. I would like to hear about experiences from those who saw better results by getting enough sleep or starting to exercise.
I also feel that I should manage it properly rather than putting it off any longer, and I am curious to know if those who have actually received it feel that they made the right decision to start.
If you have any advice for someone considering hair loss treatment, please share it with me~~ I'll be waiting to hear about your experiences haha.
