Is it better to start hair loss treatment when there is even the slightest abnormality, rather than after significant hair loss has occurred?

Over the past few months, I've been getting worried because it seems like more hair accumulates in the drain every time I wash it than before. It's not to the point where people around me say I have hair loss yet, but I keep feeling like my hair is getting a little thinner.

So I started looking into hair loss treatments, but people around me say it's best to start managing it quickly if I feel even the slightest thing is wrong, while others say I can just wait and see a little longer, so I'm even more confused haha.

Is there anyone who started hair loss treatment in the early stages? I am curious if you were satisfied even though your condition wasn't noticeably severe.

I would also like to know if they thoroughly check my current scalp condition when I go for a consultation. I am curious if they can distinguish whether hair loss is still ongoing or if the shedding is temporary.

What was the first thing you noticed after starting the hair loss treatment? I'm curious if you felt less hair falling out first, or if you saw fine hairs growing in first.

I imagine there are many people like me who are still struggling with hair loss at a mild stage, so I’d love to hear if you would have started hair loss treatment sooner if you could go back in time.

I’d appreciate honest stories from those who have actually experienced this~~ I’m waiting for realistic reviews, not advertisements!!
