My hair is thinning along my hairline and from behind it to the crown of my head. Could this be hair loss? I am losing a tremendous amount of hair; when I comb it before washing, a huge handful of hair falls out. It’s a miracle I haven't gone bald yet with this kind of shedding. My scalp is showing much more than before, to the point where I’m hesitant to part my hair. Would getting a hair loss treatment help? Please recommend a treatment that can prevent further hair loss. I am also curious about the cost and frequency of the treatment, as well as whether it is safe to wash my hair on the day of the procedure.

Ah, but I have an oily scalp. Is it possible to get hair loss treatment even with an oily scalp? My scalp isn't in bad condition right now, but sometimes I get pimples that don't scab over. Would it be better to avoid the treatment in times like this?
