What is that wart-like thing on my arm that I've had for over 20 years?

I have a small, wart-like bump on my arm, and when I thought about how long it's been there, I think it's been well over 20 years. The strange thing is that its size has barely changed over that time, and it hasn't spread to other areas or increased in number. Since it doesn't cause any pain or itching, I've just been living with it, but recently, I suddenly started wondering if it really is a wart.

I am even more confused because I found information online suggesting that it could be a benign skin lesion other than a wart. I am wondering if I should not worry too much if it has been there for a long time with the same shape and size, or if it would be better to get it checked by a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis.

If anyone has sought medical attention for a skin lesion that has been in the same spot for a long time like mine, I would be grateful if you could share your experience and the diagnosis you received.
