I experience an extreme sebum explosion every summer, so I use three sheets of blotting paper after applying makeup.
As temperatures rise, sebum production across the entire face, especially in the T-zone and butterfly zone, explodes uncontrollably. Even if I spend the morning carefully applying matte makeup before heading out, my face becomes so shiny after just two hours that my makeup completely falls apart unless I use three oil blotting sheets in a row. The oil makes my pores look wider, and my makeup frequently cakes or clumps, making me dread going out in the summer. As I have combination skin that is oily on the surface but dry underneath, I desperately need effective sebum control tips and a skincare routine that can fundamentally reduce this excessive sebum production and maintain matte makeup all day long.
