I'm looking into treatments for my M-shaped hair loss. Has anyone tried this?
I've tried hair loss shampoo and taken biotin for a few months, but honestly, I don't really see any noticeable improvement. I keep doing it thinking it's better than doing nothing, but I keep feeling like this isn't going to be enough.
So I'm looking into hair loss treatments at hospitals, but why are there so many different types? There are scalp injections, exosomes, mesotherapy, and all sorts of other things, but I don't really know what the differences are... I'm also a bit worried that if I get a consultation, they'll all just say their treatment is the best.
I am currently more concerned about my hairline, specifically the M-shape, rather than the crown. Is the procedure effective in this case? I am also confused about whether it is better to start with medication. I have heard that once you start taking the medication, you have to keep taking it, so I can't easily make a decision.
I'm curious if the procedure is painful, and I'd like to know how many sessions are needed to see results. The cost seems quite a bit higher than I expected; do I need to receive treatments consistently rather than just once or twice? I'd be upset if I ended up wasting money without seeing any results.
Lately, it doesn't seem to be noticeable when I'm out, but whenever I look in the mirror at home, I find myself constantly looking only at my bangs. When the wind blows, I instinctively touch them first, and I get self-conscious about my forehead looking wide when taking photos... I never used to be like this, and the stress is greater than I thought.
