I'm worried about my skin looking tired with sunken under-eyes. Is there a solution ahead of my summer vacation?

Since entering menopause, the area under my eyes has become hollow and sunken, making me look tired and older every day, which is very depressing. The hot weather prevents me from exercising properly, and although I am planning a summer vacation, the mere thought of taking photos fills me with anxiety. I have seen online that fillers or laser treatments can help, and I am wondering if they are actually effective. Also, are there any ways to alleviate this to some extent through skincare products or lifestyle changes? Since it is vacation season, I lack the time for skincare, and the heat makes it difficult to go out, so I would like to know if there are any simple ways to improve this.

Based on a similar experience, someone I know received fillers for sunken under-eyes; while there was immediate improvement, they mentioned that maintenance was necessary over time. On the other hand, someone who consistently used moisturizing cream and eye cream while improving their lifestyle habits was able to achieve some degree of relief without any procedures.

If I were in this situation, I think I would start by managing my simple lifestyle habits first, and then consult a specialist after my vacation. Has anyone else gone through the same dilemma? It would be a great help if you could share your experiences or advice on what choices you made in such cases.
