Will my blackheads and whiteheads be cleared up with Aqua Peel or Extrarect?

I am posting this question because of the thick blackheads packed on my nose and the bumpy whiteheads under my chin. Squeezing them with my fingers or using nose strips feels satisfying for a moment, but after just a few days, the sebum hardens and swells up, making my nose look dark and patchy. When I apply makeup, the area around my nose looks patchy and cakey, making me look messy whether I'm barefaced or wearing makeup. I am worried that forcibly extracting them only turns my nose skin red and seems to be widening my pores. Is there a dermatology treatment program that can extract these sebum plugs deeply embedded in the pores and thoroughly cleanse them while minimizing skin irritation? It is really causing me a lot of stress without me even realizing it.
