Is there a treatment to get rid of the sebum and blackheads that exploded after returning from vacation?

I just got back from vacation, and perhaps due to the humid and hot weather, the sebum around my nose and butterfly zone really exploded.

My skin is in terrible condition; it feels bumpy to the touch, with blackheads on my nose and whiteheads spread widely on my chin.

If I just leave it like this, my makeup won't apply well and my skin will feel rough every morning when I wake up, so I am thinking of getting a treatment at Maypure.
