Should I get a skin scaling or extraction treatment for these bumpy, milia?
It isn't large, painful swelling like a pustule, but my forehead, cheeks, and chin are packed with sebum deep within the skin, filled with non-pneumococcal bacteria and tiny whiteheads. When light hits my face from below, the surface is full of bumpy irregularities, making it feel like a gravel field rather than a smooth surface. If I try to squeeze them out with my hands, nothing comes out properly; instead, it only irritates my skin, leaving red marks or worsening the inflammation. Even when I try to cover it up with makeup, the bumps remain visible, making my makeup look messier. Are there any extraction and scaling treatments or procedures available that can cleanly expel these hard-trapped whiteheads and irregularities without irritation, and create a smooth skin texture?
