Please recommend a treatment for acne pigmentation scars and red marks.

Hello. I am writing this because I have a concern..

I didn't really get much acne during my school days, but lately, perhaps because of the high stress levels and frequent overtime at work, breakouts have been constantly popping up on my chin and cheeks. I kept touching and squeezing them with my hands, and now red marks and dark red pigmented scars have remained exactly where the acne used to be.

I'm so stressed because the redness spreads even when I try to cover it up with makeup. Which dermatological laser treatment is most effective for acne marks or scar discoloration? I've never had any dermatological procedures before, so I'm confused by the sheer number of toning and mark laser treatments available. Please share your recommendations and approximate session times from those who have actually seen results.
