How do you take care of your hands?

It's not always, but I still get procedures done on my face and neck.

I also use good cosmetics and take care of myself quite a bit.

The hands are the one that is particularly neglected!

Ever since I was young, my hands were unusually rough and I hated them.

The dryness was so severe that I diligently applied moisturizing hand cream, but it seemed it wasn't enough.

I feel bad every time I look at my hands.

Rough, with large pores, and dark spots...

Is there a procedure to make the back of the hand pretty?

I want soft, white, and smooth hands without pores.

Also, do you have any recommendations for a hand cream that keeps hands hydrated, has good moisturizing power, and is non-greasy?

I'm currently using L'Occitane, and I'm curious to know what hand creams others are using.
