Can I also manage skin where the nose is oily and the cheeks are dull?

I am asking for advice on how to care for my skin because the condition of the skin around my nose and cheeks is very different. As shown in the attached photo, sebum easily surfaces on my nose and butterfly zone, and my pores appear enlarged, whereas on my cheeks, I am more concerned about dryness and a dull skin tone than oiliness.

Immediately after washing my face, my entire face feels tight, but after a while, oil only forms on my nose, and my cheeks remain dry and rough.

If I use only light products to reduce sebum, my cheeks become drier, but if I apply highly moisturizing products, my nose feels stuffy and greasy. Using pore masks or exfoliants makes my nose look clean for a while, but sometimes my cheeks sting or turn red.

Is it possible to manage the nose focusing on sebum and pores, while focusing on skin texture and tone on the cheeks? I am also wondering if it is necessary to proceed differently depending on the condition of each area, rather than receiving the same treatment all at once.
