Can skin tags and flat warts be removed at once with a CO2 laser?

I am writing to inquire because small, bumpy, granular growths have started spreading around my eyes and along my neck line some time ago. At first, I thought my skin was simply rough like an unpaved road, so I tried scrubbing, but they didn't go away at all. I searched online and found that they could be skin tags or unpaved flat warts. However, when I try to forcibly pick them off with my hands, my skin just turns red and bleeds, and it feels like they keep spreading sideways. When I wear low-cut tops or go without makeup, these rough bumps are very noticeable and make me look messy. Are there any CO2 laser or Exercion treatments that can burn away these spreading bumpy skin tags or flat warts cleanly and without scarring, without irritating the skin?
