Can wrinkled lips be moisturized with lip fillers or skin boosters?

My lips are dry, cracked, and bleed year-round, but I am particularly worried because it has gotten worse lately. Even though I apply lip balm or Vaseline generously morning and evening, the surface of my lips dries out completely and peels off unsightly with white flakes as soon as I turn around. Even if I soften and peel off the dead skin, it just comes back, and I can't even dream of wearing matte lipstick because of the fine lines that have formed on my lips. On top of that, the pigmentation around the edges of my lips has turned dull, so I often hear that I look sick. I feel there is a limit to what lip balm can do, as it only oils the surface. Are there any lip-specific nourishing injections or filler procedures that can inject moisture into the lips themselves, smooth out the fine lines, and restore a clear, radiant glow?
