Inquiry regarding improvement of bumpy texture and skin texture under the eyes

Hello. I am writing to inquire as I am looking into dermatological treatment for noticeable, thin, bumpy irregularities under my eyes.

The skin around my eyes is particularly thin, and at some point, small, granular bumps started appearing under and around my eyes. The skin texture feels uneven to the touch, and when I apply eye makeup or concealer, it clumps and makes the bumps look even more prominent, causing me significant stress when going out.

I am hesitant to treat the condition because I do not know exactly what type of disease it is, such as non-edible syringomas, non-steroidal syringomas, mast cell proliferation, skin tags, or syringomas/syringomas (obesity). I am wondering if micro-laser treatments like Agnes, CO2 laser, or Erbium YAG would be suitable for improving the condition around my eyes.
