I have severe blackheads and enlarged pores around my nose. Please tell me a gentle care method.

Since it's summer, sebum keeps filling up in the pores around my nose, and the messy blackheads have gotten worse, so it bothers me so much every time I look in the mirror. I keep squeezing them out with my hands, and it seems like the pores where the sebum was have gotten even wider, so I wanted to get professional pore care.
