Why is the unevenness of my jaw so severe?

Hello. I am writing this inquiry because I have been very concerned lately about the bumpy texture and excess sebum around my chin.

I have persistent bumps resembling whiteheads or uneven texture under my lips and on my chin that cannot be covered by makeup. Squeezing them out with my hands only causes irritation and often leads to discoloration or skin problems, so I would like to receive professional treatment.

I am wondering if scaling/extraction care like Aqua Peel or Aladdin Peel is effective for treating jaw unevenness, or if it is better to combine it with laser treatments or skin boosters that reduce sebaceous glands, such as Gold PTT, PicoFraxel, or Potenza.

I would like to know how long the downtime is after the procedure, such as redness or irritation, and whether I can resume my daily activities or apply makeup immediately. Please also let me know if the procedure can be performed on the same day following an in-person consultation.
