I have a skin tag and want to remove it, but I'm hesitant.

Skin tags are appearing one by one on my body.
At first, I didn't know if this was a skin tag... but a skin tag that really looks like the picture appeared on my groin area,
Because of the friction, the size keeps increasing.
Also, my neck feels bumpy to the touch... so I suspect this might be a skin tag as well.
I've read many people's posts saying that it often appears on the neck.
The neck is an area where skin can be treated, but the groin area is an embarrassing area to receive treatment on.
I am hesitating about getting a dermatological procedure.
However, as mentioned above, it seems like the size keeps getting bigger.
It's the part that touches the floor when you sit, so... I think that's because of the friction.
I'm thinking I should find a female dermatologist and go see her...
