My skin's balance is off due to dryness. Please recommend a hydration care program.
Hello~~~
I've been getting worried lately. As we transition into late autumn and the cold wind blows, my skin feels like it has completely lost its balance and can't seem to find its footing.
After washing my face, my skin feels parched deep down while the surface is shiny with oil; the typical symptoms of dehydrated oily skin have worsened. In particular, white dead skin cells flake off and lift around my nose and mouth, causing my makeup to clump messily.
I tried switching my entire basic skincare line to a hydration range, but the inner dryness hasn't resolved at all, perhaps because the moisture isn't reaching deep into my skin. For skin this sensitive and dry in late autumn, would it be effective to consistently receive hydration and penetration treatments like LLD or LDM at a dermatology clinic? Alternatively, I'm debating whether I should combine that with medical skincare to strengthen the skin barrier. I would be very grateful if those with experience could share their know-how on replenishing moisture deep within and balancing oil and moisture during the late autumn transition period.
