Inquiry about late autumn hair loss

I'm worried because it seems like I'm losing a lot more hair lately, maybe because it's late autumn. I used to lose a little bit of hair normally, but recently, I've noticed a significant increase in the amount of hair falling on the floor when I shampoo or dry my hair. It feels like handfuls fall out even when I comb my hair, so I'm getting worried for no reason.

I am particularly concerned because the crown of my head seems to be thinning a lot compared to before. I am not exactly sure if my hair volume has decreased or if it is due to the season, but it feels like my scalp is more visible around my parting. Is it normal for hair loss to get worse in late autumn or winter?

I considered trying hair loss shampoos or scalp care products, but since I don't think simply changing products will solve the problem, I am also looking into consulting a dermatologist. By any chance, can I receive consultations regarding hair loss treatment or scalp issues at Maypure? I am curious if there are any treatments available that help with thinning hair or hair loss on the crown. I am also eager to hear from those who have actually received hair loss treatment about the specific consultations or care they received!
