Is it possible to manage pores that have become enlarged due to acne?

Hello. I have a lot of skin concerns due to recurring acne, but recently I am more worried about my enlarged pores than the acne itself, so I am writing to ask for your advice.

Although my acne has decreased significantly compared to before, the pores around my nose and on my cheeks have noticeably widened, making my skin feel rough.
