I have acne-prone skin; would getting pore care help?

Hello. I have skin that consistently breaks out with adult acne, and recently, my pores have also become enlarged, so my concerns are growing.

I tend to have particularly oily skin, so it feels like my pores are constantly enlarging, and even when I apply makeup, my skin texture doesn't look smooth. I looked online and found a variety of pore care programs, and I am wondering if there are any treatments suitable for acne-prone skin.

My skin is on the sensitive side, so I am concerned about harsh treatments. I would like to inquire if treatments can be tailored to my skin condition. Please let me know if there is a program available that can address both acne and pore concerns.
