What are some good treatments that are effective for acne-prone skin?

This darn acne and sebum just won't go away.

I'm looking into the Capri Laser treatment that an acquaintance recently recommended, and I'm curious to know what you think of it!

In particular, I heard that this Capri Laser is especially good for skin with excessive sebum!

I was worried because sometimes the procedures are painful.

Also, I'm wondering how long I need to receive Capri Laser treatments to see noticeable results once I start!
