My butterfly zone has orange peel-like pores. What are the characteristics of Potenza?

Having lived with oily skin my whole life, enlarged pores on my nose and butterfly zone have been my lifelong stress.

As you can see in the photo, no matter how much I fill in the gaps with primer, by the afternoon, my makeup gets tangled with sebum and settles, making my pores and uneven texture stand out even more. I’ve seen many reviews saying that the Potenza laser is the ultimate solution for pore tightening and texture improvement, but I’m not sure what distinct features differentiate it from regular Fraxel or other devices. I’ve heard it’s incredibly painful since it uses micro-needles to deliver radio frequency; is the effect really worth enduring that pain?!! I’d love to hear reviews from people who have actually received the treatment!!!
