I have recurring skin trouble every menstrual cycle. Would it be okay to get treatment at a dermatologist?

I have recurring acne breakouts, so I'm thinking of getting dermatological treatment, but I don't know where to start, so I'm writing this post.

My eating and sleep habits tend to be irregular, and I think that affects my skin. In particular, around my period, breakouts concentrate on my jawline and cheeks. I've tried various products to soothe them, but the relief is only temporary, and the same thing happens again the following month. Honestly, I'm not sure if professional dermatological care is actually helpful when this happens periodically. I also can't tell if the problem is my lifestyle or if it's an issue with my skin itself.

I am curious about what procedures are primarily performed for acne skin care, and whether I can receive treatment immediately even if I have breakouts. I would also like to know if procedures such as extraction or sebum control are included. I am also wondering if it is effective when combined with lifestyle improvements, or if the treatment itself can provide some degree of stabilization.

Please understand that I'm starting with the basics since it's my first time haha. Could you also tell me the maintenance frequency and a realistic cost range?

생리주기 맞춰서 카프리 레이저 맞으셔서 피지선을 좀 줄여 주시면 좋아요!
