I have a red, hard pimple like this near my mouth. Do I need to get an anti-inflammatory shot? lol

A few days ago, huge, hard pimples started popping up on my chin and around my mouth, so I took a picture of my skin. ㅠㅠ It hurts so much that I tear up just from the slightest touch while washing my face, and since it hasn't festered, I can't even pop it at home. Haha. Whenever my period approaches, I always seem to get these big, painful breakouts around my chin. ㅠㅠ I feel like if I leave this alone, it will definitely leave a scar due to hyperpigmentation. If I go to a dermatologist and get a powerful injection for inflammation, will it go down immediately tomorrow? Or should I get a full treatment like a laser to kill the acne bacteria or a scaling? ㅠㅠ I would be really grateful if anyone who gets chin acne frequently like me could share some tips on how they manage it at the dermatologist. Haha.
